Shipping and Delivery

The cost of shipping is € 10.00 for orders with a total price of the products below € 120.00, while it is free for orders with a total price of the products equal to or greater than € 120.00.

Enricoserafino.it ships orders with products available no later than 2 working days from the moment of receipt of payment confirmation.

Enricoserafino.it ships by DHL courier and the delivery times of the goods are approximately 1-3 working days from the time of shipment throughout Italy, including the islands.

If the order contains one or more “product available not immediately” and / or one or more products with “quantities available not immediately”, Enricoserafino.it reserves the right to ship the aforementioned products subject to availability and delivery of the suppliers and / or third party producers at the Enricoserafino.it warehouse. In this case, the shipment usually takes place within 7 working days from the moment of receipt of the payment confirmation. Enricoserafino.it provides shipping times within 7 working days, in the case of “product not available immediately” and / or “quantity available not immediately”, purely by way of example. Order fulfillment and responsibility

Return of Goods and Right of Withdrawal

Everything must be returned within 14 days from the date of communication of the desire to exercise the right of withdrawal, in the original and perfectly intact packaging, to the following address:

The reimbursement will take place, as required by law, within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of the request for withdrawal and upon communication by the buyer of the shipment of the goods. The replacement of defective products or products sent by mistake will be possible if returned within 14 days from the delivery date and provided that they are complete in all their parts and in intact packaging.

The shipping and transport costs for the return of goods and products are charged to the customer.

We do not accept return requests for damaged goods or packages delivered not intact, as the responsibility for damage during transport is attributable to the courier who made the shipment and never to Enricoserafino.it.
