UNDERGROUND is the tasting experience of the 5 traditional wines from the Langhe, Roero, and Monferrato regions, held within the historic complex in Canale, where the 19th-century underground cellars, a legacy built by Enrico Serafino in 1878, are located. During the tasting, you can experience the history of the winery following the cycle of grapes from vinification to ageing.
